Enrichment Programs at The Pillars
The Pillars offers several enrichment courses outside of our regular classroom programming to give our students the ability to explore activities that spark their natural curiosity and unique interests. These courses take place during the regular school day, so parents do not need to schedule additional time for their child to participate.
The Pillars currently offers three enrichment programs- Chef’s Club, STEAM Club, and Camp Create.
STEAM Club
STEAM Club is a month-long enrichment program for preschoolers to explore and discover the world of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.
By introducing these disciplines into early learning, children develop a foundation of knowledge and skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. By engaging in hands-on STEAM activities, preschoolers gain a deeper understanding of the world around them and cultivate a curiosity-driven approach to learning. These experiences help enhance their cognitive abilities, spatial awareness, and fine motor skills and encourage teamwork, communication, and social skills, fostering a positive learning environment.
The Pillars STEAM Club is an optional enrichment program which costs an additional fee beyond tuition. Students will be pulled from their regular to participate in the program.
