Ms. Brittany brings 18 years of early childhood education experience to The Pillars Walnut Grove in Midlothian, Texas. She began working in the field in 2008 and holds her State Director’s Credential/License and CPR/First Aid certification. Her leadership is grounded in creating a school environment where children and staff feel comfortable, safe, supported, and able to enjoy learning each day. 

Since joining the organization in August 2022, Ms. Brittany has supported children across infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, before and after school, and summer/holiday programs. Her experience with Creative Curriculum helps guide engaging classroom experiences that support children’s growth while encouraging exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. 

Ms. Brittany is the proud mother of two children. Outside of school, she enjoys trying new restaurants, finding great desserts, creating fun projects with her Cricut, and spending time with her kids. Her mission is to build a place where children, families, and staff feel safe, connected, and welcomed, with strong relationships at the heart of the school community.

The Pillars Christian Learning Center does a phenomenal job of creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children. Safety is clearly a top priority—they have strong protocols in place and the staff is always attentive and engaged. What really stands out is their strong sense of teamwork—not just among staff, but with families as well. They truly partner with parents to support each child’s growth and development. Every visit is met with warm, welcoming faces that reflect the center’s genuine care and commitment. It’s a place where children feel loved and supported, and families feel confident and included. I have had some bad experiences with daycares when I sent my older two. I was very nervous to send my youngest. Pillars has exceeded all of my expectations! My daughter doesn’t even want to come home most days 😂 all of the teachers have been extremely welcoming and nice. I recommended pillars 100 times over!

My daughters, ages 6 and 4, have been attending The Pillars Daycare Center for the past two years, and I couldn't be more pleased with their experience. The staff at The Pillars are exceptional; they genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. The Christian-based curriculum offers a perfect balance of educational activities and spiritual growth, which aligns with our family's values. My children have not only learned essential academic skills but also been taught about kindness, empathy, and faith in a nurturing environment. The creative lessons and engaging activities keep them excited about learning each day. The communication from the staff is excellent; they keep us updated on our daughters' progress and are always available for discussions. The center’s atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it easy for my kids to feel safe and loved. Overall, The Pillars Daycare Center has been a wonderful place for our children to grow, learn, and explore their faith.
