The Pillars have been extremely supportive of my child and her recent diagnosis. They were upfront and honest but also offered more support and understanding than her previous academy did. It is difficult dealing with a mental behavioral disorder which is not always seen in the same light as other “physical” disorders are. I am grateful for the Pillars thus far and would absolutely recommend. Carrie has been great.

We’ve had such an incredible experience at Pillars Daycare Center! My son has been attending since he was just 9 weeks old, and from day one, we have felt genuinely welcomed and supported. The teachers we met during our initial tour are actually the ones who care for him daily, which meant so much to us when making our decision. They were kind, knowledgeable, and truly put me at ease about leaving my baby in their care. Not only is the staff amazing, but the affordability made it an easy choice for our family without sacrificing quality. It’s rare to find both! Ms. Carrie (the director) and Ms. Katrina (assistant director) are absolutely wonderful. They are always so friendly, approachable, and hands-on with the kids. You can tell they really care about each child and are invested in creating a positive, nurturing environment. We have had nothing but a positive experience here, and I truly can’t recommend Pillars Daycare Center enough!

My toddler son has been at The Pillars for the past year and we have had a positive experience overall. The director (Ms. Carrie) and assistant director (Ms. Katrina) are amazing - they sincerely care about the students, parents and staff. They know each student by name and don’t hesitate to help cover whenever staff members are out. They’re personable, down to earth, communicative (forthcoming about any anticipated changes) and are committed to serving. Although there has been some turn over in staff since we’ve attended, there is a core group of teachers who have been there since the beginning, even before the transition from Colleyville Christian Preschool to The Pillars. It is evident they’re in this not only because they enjoy teaching and caring for the littles, but because it’s their calling. We are so blessed to have found this school.

I can't say enough good things about Pillars! I wish we would have found out about this daycare sooner. Some observations: 1) The school is always clean. If there is a mess made, the staff is prompt in getting it cleaned. They also coach the kids in cleaning their hands properly. The bathrooms have never been out of stock. This helps keep down illnesses tremendously! 2) The school has been remodeled and it looks great! A lot of thought has been put into the school. 3) The staff is great at de-escalating conflict. If the kids start acting aggressively towards each other, the staff calms then down and guides their behavior appropriately. They pay attention to the kids before things get out of hand. Our kid has not come home with injuries unlike his past daycare. 4) The administration (Mrs. Tiffany and Ms. Katrina) is great. They even fill in when staff is out sick, and they are great with the kids. They are extremely organized, communicate with parents well, and they address things promptly. This makes a huge difference. They communicate and plan ahead for events, making it easy for parent to plan and coordinate in advance. If something breaks, they are on proactive and get it fixed. We love them so much! 5) They have great camps for when school is out of session. 6) The teachers are great, caring, and very loving. They are passionate about their children learning and having fun.

My two daughters absolutely love going to school every morning! They adore all of their teachers and friends they have met along the way! My older daughter had a rough two days, which is to be expected, but after that she had no problem for drop off!! I truly thought it would take longer but nope! That is how amazing this facility is and I recommend it to everyone!! They send you updates, photos and overall make you super comfortable in knowing for a fact you are leaving your babies at the right place and with the right people!! ❤️
