Ms. Stephanie brings decades of early childhood education experience to The Pillars Mountain Peak. Since beginning her career in 1998, she has developed a leadership style centered on care, consistency, integrity, and support for both children and educators. She holds a Child Development Associate Credential, State Director’s Credential/License, and CPR/First Aid certification.

After joining the organization in February 2023, Ms. Stephanie began leading infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, and before and after school programs. Her philosophy focuses on building a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive, families feel valued, and staff members are encouraged to grow.

Ms. Stephanie has lived in Texas her entire life, and family is one of the most important parts of who she is. She lives with her boyfriend and her dog, Bruno, and enjoys shopping, vacations, and time with loved ones. Her leadership reflects her desire to build a school community rooted in learning, faith, and meaningful relationships.

We have loved our experience here!!! My daughter has been at this daycare since she was an infant, and every teacher has made such a positive impact on her. Vivian gave her the sweetest start in the infant room, Valerie made her transition into the toddler room so special (we absolutely adore her!), and Paulette has been wonderful in the Toddler 2 class. The entire staff is amazing! Watching my daughter grow into a happy, confident, curious little toddler has been such a joy, and I know her amazing teachers have played a huge part in that. We are so thankful for the love and care they give her every day!

We love The Pillars! ^-^ Ms. Valerie has been such a gracious educator and mentor to our family from day one. Every single morning Ms. Terri, Ms. V., Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Nancy, and Ms. Tasha greet Ethan by name and show him sooo much love. He has tons of fun everyday in class with Ms. Shenayah and Ms. J., and has learned so much since he has been there. The staff is amazing, the support is consistent, and we thank yall for working so hard for our kiddos!

We absolutely love Pillars and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The facility is always incredibly clean, organized and well-structured. A special thank you to Ms. Valerie, who truly treats every child as if they were her own. Her patience and genuine love for the kids shine through in everything she does. It’s clear that she is passionate about helping each child grow and thrive. Since joining the toddler class Ellie has learned so much! We were amazed when she started using basic sign language shortly after moving into the class! Her vocabulary, social skills, and independence have continued to blossom. Knowing that Ellie is so happy and well cared for gives us incredible peace of mind. We are so grateful for the wonderful teachers and staff and fully plan on staying here until she heads off to kindergarten. We highly recommend Pillars to any family looking for a loving, structured, and enriching environment for their child!

we were new to the area, moved from out of state and didn’t know what our childcare plan would be - we are SO thrilled we found The Pillars Mountain Peak! The staff has been so sweet and we’ve found consistent support and love from the toddler classroom teachers! They truly love our son and everyone greets him by name each day we come and go! We love the cameras to be able to see him from the lobby and know he’s well cared for! They have a great outdoor setup for playing, he loves the water Wednesdays in the summer and truly it has been such a wonderful fit for us! Highly recommend!

We have been with the Pillars for 6 months now and they are amazing! My little one loves Ms. Vivian, Ms Raegan, and Ms Kat and I can truly tell they enjoy taking care of my sweet boy (even when he can be a little stinker) ! The one time I had an issue they were quick to step in and get the issue resolved which was very appreciated. Great school and love all the cute things they do with the kids! ❤️
