She began working in Early Childhood Education in 2012 and holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, along with her Child Development Associate Credential, State Director’s Credential/License, and CPR/First Aid certification.
After joining the organization in February 2025, Ms. Secilia brought a quality-focused approach shaped by Texas Rising Star practices, positive guidance, social-emotional development, family engagement, and developmentally appropriate learning. She supports children across infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, before and after school, and summer/holiday programs while helping educators grow in confidence and consistency.
Born and raised in Texas, Ms. Secilia is a proud mom who values family, faith, learning, and personal growth. She enjoys traveling, spending time near the water, cheering on her son at sporting events, attending church, reading, crafting, and making memories with loved ones. Her mission is to build school communities where children thrive, families feel connected, and educators are empowered to lead with purpose.
