Mrs. Monica brings long-standing dedication and a nurturing presence to The Pillars Potranco. She began working in Early Childhood Education in 1999 and holds her State Director’s Credential/License and CPR/First Aid certification. Her experience is grounded in providing safe, loving care while helping children build strong spiritual and academic foundations.
Mrs. Monica joined the organization in February 2024 and supports infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, before and after school, and summer/holiday programs. She believes that strong partnerships between home and school are essential, and she works to create a campus environment where children are cared for, encouraged, and given room to grow.
Mrs. Monica and her husband are both veterans and have been married for 35 years. They have three children, two daughters-in-law, and are looking forward to welcoming their first grandchild in August 2026. She enjoys sewing quilts for family and friends, reading on quiet Saturday afternoons, and traveling to visit her children. Her mission is to make every child feel supported, loved, and encouraged while away from home.
