Mrs. Aly brings a warm, family-centered approach to The Pillars Singing Hills in Spring Branch, Texas. She began working in Early Childhood Education in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, along with CPR/First Aid certification and her State Director’s Credential/License. Her background helps her lead with an understanding of child development, relationships, and the importance of creating a safe and supportive school environment.
Since joining the organization in July 2021, Mrs. Aly has supported children across infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, before and after school, and summer/holiday programs. She is committed to creating an environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive, while also mentoring and encouraging teachers as they grow in their roles.
Mrs. Aly lives with her husband and their two children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, being crafty, and spending time doing the things her children love. Her leadership mission is to build a school culture where families feel welcomed, children feel cared for, and teachers feel supported, encouraged, and developed to reach their full potential.
