The Pillars Christian Learning Centers Participates in TEFA
We are pleased to share that select The Pillars Christian Learning Centers locations are approved to participate in the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) Pre-K Voucher Program for the 2026–2027 school year.
TEFA provides eligible Texas families with state-funded education accounts that can be applied toward private school tuition, including participating early childhood programs like The Pillars.
If your child is approved through TEFA, voucher funds may be applied toward Pre-K tuition at an eligible Pillars location.
Eligible Pillars Locations
The following The Pillars locations are approved to accept TEFA Pre-K voucher students for the 2026–2027 school year:
- Reed
- Cibolo

The Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) program allows qualifying families to receive state-allocated funds to use toward approved educational expenses, including private Pre-K programs.
Families must apply directly through the official TEFA application process. Approval is determined by the state of Texas.

February 4 – March 17, 2026
(Approval notifications begin in early April)
