Mrs. Adriana brings 20 years of Early Childhood Education experience to The Pillars Boerne Stage Rd in San Antonio, Texas. She began working in the field in 2006 and holds her State Director’s Credential/License and CPR/First Aid certification. Her leadership is shaped by extensive experience implementing Learning Beyond Paper and Frog Street, integrating faith-based curriculum, and supporting teachers in alignment with Texas Rising Star standards and Texas Minimum Standards. 

Since joining the organization in November 2023, Mrs. Adriana has supported children across infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, before and after school, and summer/holiday programs. She is passionate about coaching teachers, supporting curriculum implementation, and creating engaging learning environments that promote both academic and social-emotional development. Her mission is to build a Christ-centered community where children, families, and teachers feel loved, supported, encouraged, and confident that they belong. 

Mrs. Adriana lives in New Braunfels, Texas, with her husband, and their two daughters, who both attend The Pillars. Originally from Portland, Texas, she considers herself a beach girl at heart and enjoys being outdoors near the water, especially by the river or pool with her family. She also enjoys serving at church, Bible study, worship, iced coffee, decorating and organizing spaces, and finding creative ways to make everyday moments special for her family and the children at school.

Mrs. Amber leads The Pillars Talley Rd with a steady, nurturing approach shaped by 16 years in early childhood education. Her background spans classroom care, school operations, safety, and family partnership, giving her a well-rounded perspective on what children, teachers, and families need to feel supported each day.

Since joining the organization in March 2020, Mrs. Amber has focused on building consistent, caring learning environments where children can feel secure, curious, and ready to grow. She values high-quality practices, strong team development, and meaningful family connections, using her broad training to guide classrooms with both structure and warmth.

Mrs. Amber is happily married and shares her home with two beloved fur babies. Born in Texas as the daughter of a U.S. Army father, she experienced life in different places during childhood before her family returned to Texas, which she proudly considers home. Outside of school, she enjoys restoring furniture, caring for her plants, crafting, and spending time with family. Her mission is to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety while building strong relationships with families, developing exceptional educators, and preparing every child academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually for the next stage of learning.

Our son has been attending Pillars Talley in Pre-K since October 2025. The growth we have seen in our son in such a short period of time is absolutely tremendous. Mom and I have seen a significant improvement in his ability to interact with children his age, make friends, and learn about healthy relationships outside of the household. This has also led to a great improvement in his self confidence. Communication with the staff is exceptional. We made it VERY clear upfront the areas we knew our son needed to work on. We made sure they understood we were willing to put in the work on our end, at home, to ensure his success in the pre-k program. The results of this collaboration have been nothing short of undeniable. Allow me to stress the importance of collaboration! If you are not engaged as a parent then you can’t place blame on others for your child’s lack of development. The staff at Talley will 100% meet you in the middle and work through the toughest of times, but YOU ALSO HAVE TO DO YOUR PART! I can honesty say these things because we have witnessed them first hand. Enrolling our son in the pre-k program was by far one of the best decisions we have made for him.

We've been very happy with the pillars at this location. My child loves the teachers, who are always patient and kind. Amber and Veronica are very helpful and so joyful to each student every morning. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. My son has made great progress in his learning and social skills.
